If the Council for Geoscience have the initial authority of selection according to a geological "ore body" criteria as mentioned in the article here..

" As part of the internal review process that had been set in motion as a result of the controversy,
mineral rights availability would be located within the geological body."

Does it mean that they have defined the ore bodies
and "located within the orebody" could change what area is on offer? We have always measured by farms as the boundaries and not ore bodies...

Also if you only get mining rights for whats located within the geological ore body....could it complicate or create access issues when once a whole farm regardless of ore body was allocated? ie PL comment recently re access?

I could be jumping at shadows and on the surface it seems a geological criteria to pre application seems a good thing ....but NKP is working in a difficult space,imo.

If Arm and Anglo have a PAJA going would this Council for Geoscience handle and offer up/select an 'orebody defined' area as available, not based on farm boundaries, when an old order mining right finally got decided on and relinquished?.....
