- Nexus equity portion for project to be funded by 35% farm-down - reducing NXS share to 50% of asset.
- Announcement expected 2Q/3Q 2011.
As far as I am concerned, nothing has changed. 2Q has gone.
End of 3Q will soon be here.
IMO, this statement implies someone is already on board.
We do not care about Shell.
