    The so called cappers are most likely (imo) Commonwealth clients trading for a point. They have been doing it for some time now.

    The main seller since July 1st have been MacQ Insto which I have given trade info on prior threads. They are not buyers ($1.8mil buys and $146mil in sells)for a net $144mil.

    Who are MacQ Insto selling for?
