It's just the way the market is. Same thing happened with IAU in late 2008. I was buying plenty below 10c. No-one wanted to know. Then penny eventually dropped. I sold out at $1 average (nice 10 bagger) and it went on to $2.40 and currently around $1.60.
Give it time. You've bought a bargain at 9c if you're prepared to hold long term. Might go lower short term, who knows?
