Melua, I've been investing since 1908 and have plenty of 400 baggers, so I think that I know more that you! You see, we can all grandstand on a forum and claim huge wins but never talk of losses. However, it is not sporting to act in this manner.
Claiming that you have 30+ years of investing does not make me think that you know what you are doing. In fact, it makes me thing the opposite, especially in light of your following comments:
So Bouris has bought ZERO shares. Nice vote of confidence.
Bouris has all the inside running. He is a wealthy man. How much of his wealth has he invested in ADO?
A big fat ZERO.
An initial directors notice is usually for zero shares. Why has 33 years of experience not taught you this? Perhaps you can point me to these multibagger companies that you claim to have made so much money from, and I will pull up the initial director holding notices for incoming directors to see how many shares these directors held prior to becoming directors.
Dream on. If there is sensitive information available, it has to be announced.
How can 33 years of investing experience not show you what is obvious to anybody who has even a modicum investing experience - that sometimes price sensitive information cannot be released. As an example, at this precise moment in time, many directors will be precisely aware of the 2010 full year revenue, which is most definitely price sensitive. Are you saying that this needs to be released immediately, and not by 31-Aug?
I don't see it on the website so in my opinion it is still not granted.
On this subject of granted patents, perhaps the 'hundred of hours' of research that you claim to do should extend beyond just looking at the company website. There are more reliable ways of finding out whether a patent has been granted or not, which wouldn't even taken a hundred seconds.
Once earnings are mature, you are not going to trade on a P/E of 50. COH trades on a P/E of 20.5
$10M royalty revenue would be valued at circa 20X EBITDA (but the market would want to see that the $10M was just the start) so ballpark valuation IMO would be $200M.
Comparing ADO to COH shows a total lack of understanding of basic business modelling. ADO has an annuity based revenue model. COH does not. 33 years of experience should tell you that the market pays a much higher price for an annuity based revenue models than COH's model geared towards number of units sold.
The above are just some of your posts from recent days. I have not even looked at the others as I have not been following the posts here closely. However, I feel pretty confident that you have a lot to learn - like we all do.
