not many share holders in any company likes the idea of a cr.However if it is done for the right reasons it can help to keep the comp. moving forward.
I only hold a small parcel of oppies so dont qualify.
I must admit I would certainly take up the offer if I could as it is much better imo to help your comp. out with some cash rather than buying on market at same price.
As I cannot participate I will have to buy on market so will wait to see if I can get some from the nellies
