Yeah crazy discount here . There would be a few holders with no idea of what is going on with NDL . One line in the replacement prospectus is really all they have offered up . I doubt we will get anything else until a deal is done ... and it could be months .
Some won't wait , others see this as a prized opportunity .
It's cash in the bank with a shell for free OR the other way around . Add a good project ( this management is capable of securing something special ) and you have multiples of the current cap .
Short oppies might look like a problem to some but any sight of a deal by Xmas and they are well in the money .... providing a well timed cash injection . They need to thank holders for dipping in and taking the risk . These options were not free !
