I think EYEON Investments is caught between a rock and hard place. There seems to be some link between him and Pursuit Capital as you have mentioned Asteroider. When they hit the register Pursuit Capital came out of nowhere small raising and from there on it was all down hill and orchestrated by the board to where we are today.

It will be very interesting to see how this all plays out but think shareholders will knock this back as you would have to be getting a secret golden handshake to accept this crazy UNATTRACTIVE deal.

Nyuni update will be interesting to watch this week if it gets announced at all!
