I appreciate everyone's thoughts, but
I am not happily waiting, waiting, waiting.......
I would like some direction as to which way this company is planning to go.
Are we going to be taken over or are we going into a joint venture with a strategic partner?
The reason why I would like to know is that the markets are so volatile at the moment and if the US sinks then we sink as well, despite the potential of this company and the credentials of it's directors.
What is SDL's current price for a takeover? Why aren't we privy to the counter offer?
I would like to know what the directors feel is a fair price on our CURRENT state..i.e. DFS and NPV?
Just curious and am sure everyone is aware GC is in Cameroon/Congo at the moment.
Would appreciate an update from the company other than ongoing heavy negotiations with Hanlong and Strategic Partners.
