There seems to be a lot of hype about this stock right now. It appears that the last offer was undersubscribed at 1.3c a share and just recently after extensive roadshow the undersubscibed portion was placed at the original 1.3c. Why is this such great value now at 1.7c (30% premium) when there were no buyers at 1.3c for so long?
