Good questions. Going by the PXR announcement, they got pushed close to a MC of that amount. So a decent oil/gas play will put a boost under the SP, maybe not that high but in the short term who knows, she is tightly held. At a present MC of around 2m there is plenty of room to move up!
If they were to pull a real rabbit and go for coal in China/Mongolia then that MC you speak of is very much achievable, see TVN, VOR, CEO. At its peak CEO had a MC of around 70m, TVN about 40m.
Thats on the upper end of expectations and maybe wishfu thinking but a gas/oil play will give a fair bit off added value. Its been in that state of flux where nothing happening has been reflected in the SP.
