Sorry but this stock has more going on than meets the eye. Chairman and CEO resign rapidly, someone snaps up lots of cheap shares, then a rights issue when you would normally think based on recent events that no one would be interested????????????????
Let's see who buys up the Rights and the company in the next weeks then we may really know what's going on.
