If he writes a PM to you to tell you that he knows something that you don't, in this case a Nasdaq rule, but refuses to quote the rule or explain his interpretation, and instead uses belittling language and the fact that he has a business degree to prove how smart he is, he regards it as a personal affront if you don't suck up to him and take his word for it. And I guess that banning a member for offering some frank opinions of his character in a private message and not for any public conduct - after he created a conflict out of nothing and did everything he could to escalate it - is indicative of the same character traits. The terms and conditions there say that they can cancel your access "at any time for any reason", and mminion certainly did. - Pezz
