Re: CCV now trading as CCVDA (deferred settlement) shares.
The upside on this looks all good - buy now and you've got 3 weeks to settlement (5 September), on top of that there is a payment in store for 30% of your holding at 91 cents per share (makes the current prices look cheap).
On top of that the company is likely to continue past performance with trading figures (and dividend) likely to be better than last year. This on its own is surely to put upward pressure on the price.
Possible downsides: the 91 cent offer may not go through (unlikely) and that this years results will not match last years (again not likely).
