re: chinese run fish and chip shops. Sorry buddy, all takeaway is bad food, regardless. Fresh food is becoming a commodity in modern day society. If it is laden with sugar/salt/ or preservatives to hide the taste then it's not good takeaway. Enjoy your trip, though.
