I dare say its pretty much a done deal, and wouldn't be surprized if the malaysian director still takes up all if not majority of the shares. The key will be at what price?

18 cents is obviously out of the question(unless a new investor is found), I would see it as a minor win (given the situaion) if we got 14-15 cents... but the likly case would be at a basement price or 10-12 cents :(

Personally I would like to see a new investor come on board and gobble up all the shares and not let this raising go to current smaller holders, as this will just take more time and more money to get the ball roling again!
