The only positive for delaying the court date is to prepare the best defense as possible and also hopefully some more parties that have sided with smm withdraw their support for them as a couple of parties have already done . In the announcement made by axiom they stated that smm were not keen to have the date postponed, they either think they can win or they think they will lose more support between now and then. I'm guessing it's the latter ,
