GEELONG......its only 4 minutes away and probably is a shorter trip than Frankston.
Ring road going through will underping property for a lot longer yet imho.
East Geelong majorly undervalued. Some parts are still up 100% in the past 3 years alone and growing. Still very cheap compared to Melbourne prices with all the facilities and the only north facing bay on the East coast!!!!
