The latest Appendix 3B indicates:
427,296,482 shares before the insto entitlement offer
100,000,000 shares issued to insto
33,529,839 shares will be issued to retail
560,825,321 shares in total after whole entitlement offer ends

The insto shares will begin trading 29/8 while the retail shares will begin 20/9.

Of course any volume of trades can occur in any one day and so happens on 18/8 total shares traded were 12,519,588 including 4,826,382 in short sales (39%). The top 5 shareholders own 62-65% of BND.

Are you retail investors/traders going to take up the entitlement or not?
