Check out who wrote the opinion piece. Its the same with clamping down on trust structures... you will get vested interests objecting.
If it improves tax compliance thats a positive.
People dodging taxes are stealing from taxpayers like you and I.... just because tradies have shorter use-by dates dont make it right.
