    WPG --> holders will get around $1.00 per share or a tad over after the company's paid its tax liabilities.

    Announcement keeps harping on about $1.40 being big premium to SP, but if you read carefully the figure comes down to around $1.00 post-tax

    pretty crap considering SP is nudging 90c currently
