In CSG front, the leftovers are being bought. BOW energy has received a bid from Shell-PetroChina. BOW was the last one which has some kind of good resources after ESG was taken over by Santos a few weeks ago. ESG was better than BOW, there it was BOW's turn this time. Now it's gone.

Arrow supported the foundation of BOW. Then Arrow was bought by Shell-PetroChina, now same JV buys BOW. This outcome shows that the inevidable takeover bid comes sooner or later if you have some kind of good resources. If it's really good, no one waits,.. jumps in the fight for bidding war or getting its place in the que.
