u are so right about the fin planners and owning property
but anyone who is wealthy will have at least 1 or more props behind them
the other magic thing about property is if you need a career change and want to buy or start up a business,
its almost impossible to do unless you got a property for collateral so the banks will lend money to get u started
that is one huge benefit, that is missed by the promoters who suggest we are idiots for holding property
other benefits, but u and I know them anyway
