Auction starts around 55min mark. I'm 1 min into the auction so far. It is so bad on so many levels. not sure how much more i can watch.
Interesting article in The Age also about Melb property. says it fell 1.2% last month. That's just over 14% annualised rate of decline! (they only state gdp annualised to make it sound big. everything else they want small. so melb property was stated as a single month decline)
What a surprise, 2011 is on track to wipe out the artificial gains of 2010 from govt stimulus.
