Well now this might be slightly more interesting.

So we have two new Directors put there money on the line, ie possible 300,000 each.

And the whole issue is underwritten...

The options at only 1.5 cents is good but expire end 2012 not good!

Mean while the underwriter get there options at 1 cent per share and last until 31 MArch 2013

Use of funds,

Shale gas in DR 1, wasn't that meant to be CSG play?

Looking for something new.

General expenses.

So what do I think? Would I invest?

Glad to see Directors at last putting there money in the game although I sure they will get a lot back via there fees.

Track record of these guys, any one with information please speak up,

I changed my view to a small possible buy once I have more information of the new Directors.
