Clearly I was saying less dilution than the full raising.

Why do they need to tell the shareholders every detail? With disclosure rules these days it is harder than you think. And people wonder why companies are staying private these days... its just not worth the hassle pandering to short term investors. Maybe if they didnt pander in the past, their decisions would have been better.. what a disaster the last dividend turned out to be, another ST step taken to appease holders. Less appeasement, more performance.
