I believe the announcenment said coming weeks NOT months.
If its going to take months, Im afraid the placement will be at a very very low price. People dont want to have stale money and as time goes by, people are going to wonder whether the deal is actually going to go through.
Need to strike while the iron, or in our case coal, is hot!
