LOL "The legals are a side-show" yep thats what people what you to think but in reality it could bring TAP to its knees.
We seen what a legal battle done to AED so i wouldnt be taking this legal battle litely.
When your up against the worlds 3rd largest Aluminium producer amoungst other things who has very very deep pockets its deffenatly not a side show.
This legal battle needs to be taken seriously as it could have a massive effect on the companys cash balance and possibly be a cause for further cap raisings depending on how much they need to pay.
Doesnt look good IMO.
