Agree with you BigRedRoo, if markets don't drop by large triple digits this week, why would Ben announce QE3? The fall we've had is not merely enough to warrant it.
I'm expecting large triple digit falls towards Friday's speech. If not, perhaps "they" want futher falls below 10k without a QE3 announcement... Time will tell, not long until we find out!
