As long timers (you obviously longer than most), I suspect many of us have been blinded of recent times by what we thought the fundamentals were.

Whilst the fundamentals are still OK, they are not as good as what they said they were. For me, it has been a costly (thus far anyway), but enlightening learning experience.

You need a product/resource. That's obvious. But as, or more important is the quality of management and staff and improvement on this side of the equation is well and truly overdue.

As you rightly state, unless HQ provide their fellow holders with something more definitive, I daresay many long timers will not subscribe to the SPP.

Heck, unless we've made money elsewhere, most of us can't afford it! :)

Let's hope Leonora really is exciting!
