If it was the same buyer the fact that they were separate off market buts means that they would have had a broker calling up more than one relatively large holders and asking if they'd sell their shares to this party, seems there were 3 share holders that agreed -All hypothetical ofcorse, but could this be the start of someone setting up a position with the intention of taking over the company??
There's food for thought.. Expecting a 'becoming s substantial holder' notice in the next few days..
