Hope this is not a BCI situation. When BCI had a SP of about $3, in January 2011, major shareholder made a bid of $3.30. Expert valuation came in at about $4, a range was give, so takeover was stopped! SP for BCI now $2.50 !!!.

But I am not suggesting WPG SP will falter, BCI is somewhat illiquid.
