My opinion is the main negative is the share price - even though all areas of the companies operations are positive - and this is the main thing investors ( long term), mostly, are having trouble dealing with.

People have percieved, rightly or wrongly, that a US listing would spur along the share price. But because neither of these things have happened so far - people are very negative.

Individuals have to decide if they think a turn around is, in fact likely, and does it meet their investment risk/ profile - because clearly it is taking longer than most anticipated.
