Don't be surprised if Stone lodges another application to the Takeover Panel on different grounds if their current application gets knocked back.
Infose (poster on this board) kind of steered me to look at some other possible applications that could be put forward, and while I don't think they would succeed, who is to say that some lawyer may think otherwise.
More time is probably what Stone is after, so don't give it to them.
