Because it is quite definite about the circumstances in which the price target is valid and that is operating plants generating huge cash flow.

Good work GO I think that is the first time you've ever added any sort of link or evidence to a post and it is a beauty. Obviously it applies to the time after plants are built, it would be stupid to suggest that they thought the company should be $4.27 now and no-one could be so foolish.

Also, no extra money required unless plants are being built, yet if plants are being built, the SP will be higher.

Note the EBITDA in the report that he has kindly sourced for us is approx $90km per annum.

An excellent read. Agree with the target SP or not, the revenue estimates are impressive.

 Lately, the Company entered into an agreement with Smelter Service Corporation
(SSC) to conduct a joint feasibility study to conduct salt slag processing in the U.S.
SSC produces around 90,000 tonnes of slat slag per annum. The Company has also
been approached by several aluminum companies from Canada to conduct a joint
feasibility study to conduct salt slag processing
 We estimate that the Company may able to generate revenue in between US$120
million and US$140 million, and EBITDA (Earnings before Interest, Tax, Depreciation
and Amortization) in the range of US$90 to 100 million starting FY2013
 We expect the Company to incur capital expenditure budgeting US$50.0 million over
the next 2 years on the Aluminum project
