As for the prices up on speculation - I certainly wasn't speculating anything the day the trading halt was announced - the stock rallied well in the day for no obvious reason, so as other posters have alluded to, someone was in the know as regards the mining ann being released, although perhaps not the exact contents. That's a continual concern - the issue of keeping one's mouth shut in advance of announcements. But we still have ASIC, bless them, tongue in cheek.
