This is why China is investing heavily in other parts of the world as we are becomming a greater soverigon risk.
NWE little delay is just one example of a company explorer operating in Australia today.
The list is substantial and the story is nearly all the same.
Generaly speaking,Exploration lease (from Govt) Research,approvals,capatil raised and so on yet we always seem to have (despite all the previous work) some hand popping up to have a bitch .
Fine but when your paying threw the noise for everything (gas/electricity/water etc)just ask yourself how much incompetance by these bodies are costing you.
NWE is not flush with funds and sooner or later this delay will have to be paid for.
Peter has spoken about 3mths but I get the hint it may be longer.
Yes it will come good in the end BUT it should be now (sept 1st)and not sometime in the future depending on a whim of some body that should have had this sorted.
