I think the only case could be misprepresentation as an inducement to sign the contract maybe Juggernauts. Need to look at the contract, of which we can't, so we can only make an educated guess. I agree with your post. I just hope we're not bing held to rasnsom and a protracted legal battle will commence. Didn't see this coming at all. Coronet's entire business plan rests solely on this being finalised. Maybe some sov. risk in Peru has popped it's ugly head up post closing of the agreement. I bought what I could this morning & backed myself in. :(
