Where to next? My guess is TDX will reemerge as a coal company and the IP will be given away. Question is whether the board will keep paying themselves at a handsome rate while they do this?
The right thing to do is stop now and return whatever cash is left to the shareholders. It is almost certain that there wouldn't be a better deal for the shareholders.
