The difficulty with a t/o of PDN right now is that on the one hand the suitor knows there's a good chance that shareholders won't accept any valuation which just places a conventional premium over today's severely undervalued share price, but on the other hand it's impossible to justify to the suitor's own shareholders any bid which "correctly" values PDN's fundamentals.
