more compliance problems

There have been 90 Compliance inspections in the last 3 months for the whole of Utah....
Marion have had 52 out of 90 inspections.

So out of all of the wells with compliance issues.. Marion had 58% of them.. Terrible. No disclosure.. What is going on?
