Come on guys - who is going to takeover a company that has a potential $150M legal challenge on their hands? That would be absolutely crazy.
The company needs to release a lot more details regarding this SoC before institutional investors will push the share price right up.
Most importantly release a copy of the agreement. If it does not exclude mitigation of damages (like the board has implied) I believe the stock will rise again.
