my concern is as the chinese reap the rewards of our ridiculous theoretical economics (various high taxation)and high production costs then opening our country (manufacturers) up to free trade sending all manufacturers to china ,they (the chinese)will continue to invest in australia property (keeping prices high as plenty chinese)even with a high dollar ,y if u lived in smog ridden china wouldnt u want a holiday house in clean green australia.ps try as an australian and buy a property in china no way.ps sold an investment unit 2 years ago to HK buyer.ps every dumb western theoretical economic decision always to china's advantage.
