Yesterday morning, there was significant gapping down in the share price. There were certainly some individuals who were aware of this impending announcement. In addition, even if you read some of the posts here from yesterday, people on here were buying, there was no news, so they assumed there was nothing new. These individuals have a right to be disgruntled about this lack of equality and continuous disclosure.
I was not going to get in yesterday and buy, until I did a bit more research. I am glad I did and will not be buying anymore. I think there are big questions now re where this company heads and even the EZCORP deal. EZCORP's share price has been surging on the NASDAQ these past few weeks. It even moved up last night in the USA. EZCORP appears to be a far better managed company and my only consolation is that their investments in CCV was about at this price and higher.
