She is responsible to the shareholders and until they make a deal no such announcements can be made. Negotiations dont always end well as we have seen with Bayer !!
Which would mean if a deal was to be released to the market it would be real !! I said the Ann was harsh, but she said it had to be completely honest and put out there that way !! Go figure I would have sugar coated it myself !!
