    westcott - two things:

    1. sdl does not have anywhere near enough reserve (not resource, reserve) to support 100mtpa throughput (they don't even have enough reserve to support base case 35mtpa), and

    2. sdl's $4.7b capex does not buy 100mtpa infrastructure capacity anyway
