Not taking into consideration your option exercise cost is a big mistake. U have to come up with 90k which means u might have to sell some options along the way. Quite often at inconvenient times.

Please really consider the tax implications of converting. My understanding is that if you convert you do not qualify for the 1 year CGT tax discount... eg ~20%+ profits gone.

167k is pretty "mere" considering you are willing to pay extra 300-400k to the tax man by converting and selling straight away.

Unless my charts are wrong or im missing something... there hasn't been 2.5m volume for options in the last six months... average volume 300k... today less than 100k...
Good luck trying to get rid of 1.8million options at a decent price when your ave daliy volume is 300k+
