I'm new here, could I just clarify please:
Current share price 16c equates to $38m market cap
NMDC want 50% stake for cash payment $60-$100m
233.1 m shares on issue currently
This means the share price after the deal will be between
(38+60 to 38+100)/(233.1*1.5)=28c to 39c
Is this right?

Yet it's trading at 16c now and has fallen over the week?
Is this because the deal should be priced on the share price pre-announcement without the control premium, thus 12c?

Compare this to Sundance SDL which trades nearer the 50c offer, what gives?
