It totally makes sense to me, that instead of competing for limited funding, they join up- hopefully, GDY and PTR join up, and not take on the minnows. :) 4 of the minnows had to drop out of the race for Fed funding grants on the 8th August, due to not being able to match the grants with private funding, and high capex costs. As PTR is also partnered with TruEnergy and BPT, I reckon those synergies have potential. There ain't no bigger player around than BPT at the moment- doing deals left, right and centre.
