Hi Bassy... Well...these stats are really (finally) getting to the point of this correction being actually reported....
To use their own figures= =since start of 07 market up 50%... hinting a modest 3-4% correction is some concern !
Does this therefore mean that a correction downward, by a figure of, up to 50% !, is possible by , say 2015-16?
Like Siera'a eg... small pockets with a huge range of selling prices in these area's really do skew the reported numbers... this happens in Adelaide a bit, as I have now recorded over 11 months of info for my local market.. with widely varying skewing, reductions in price are widespread, but vary by suburb quite aq bit
